Dr Wong studied in environmental toxicity and risk assessment in the State Key Laboratory of Coastal Pollution, City University of Hong Kong. Dr. Wong was funded by the DAAD Scholarship to receive a training on organic pollutants analysis and modeling in Marine Chemistry, The Research Institute of Baltic Sea, Germany. After PhD graduation, Dr. Wong was employed by AFCD of The HKSAR Government as Conservation Office with tasks on reviewing EIA projects effectiveness, ecological policy researches. He was designated to the HK Wetland Park for conducting edutainment exhibition. Then, Dr Wong was employed as the General Manager in the theme park “Hong Kong Noah’s Ark”. In recent years, he has been also invited to give lectures for HK Environmental Law, EIA and Town planning in universities. He is the Honorary Advisor on Mediation Project appointed by the Guangzhou Haizhu People’s Court and All-China Women’s Federation. Dr. Wong was elected as Chairman of the HKU LLM in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Alumni Association. Currently, he is business consultants for some frontier technologies companies, and his business and research interests are urban ecology innovation, sustainable development, mitigation methods and solar energy resources, and related merger and acquisition activities.
