Pseudagrion microcephalus (Blue sprite)

Habitat: larvae associated with submerged vegetation in slow flowing streams and ponds

General appearance: body large sized, up to about 22mm long; head with angulate margin at posterolateral corner; three caudal gills paddle-shaped with a nodus, dense tracheae throughout the gills and median portion of gills in dark brown.
4 palpal labial setae and 1 premental setae with 2 microsetae; 5 teeth on apical lobe on labial palp
